• Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes we deliver Australia wide. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

• Can I track my delivery?
Yes you can track your delivery using the link on your confirmation email.

• Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

• What if I want multiple boxes delivered to different addresses?
You can, however each box will have to be purchased separately, as shipping will need to be calculated separately. Please get in touch with us if you require 3 or more boxes delivered to different addresses.

• I have issues with my order/my order hasn’t arrived when scheduled what do I do?

• Can my order be arranged to be delivered on a specific date?
We are currently not providing options for date specific delivery. However, you can follow our standard shipping time frame as a guide to work out when will be best to order.

• What if I would like to include something that isn’t on your website?

Please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate. We are always updating our product list so we welcome any ideas!

What is your returns policy? 
Due to the nature of personalisation, all of our products are non-refundable. If your items are faulty/damaged, please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and we will organise a replacement.

What if I make a mistake on entering a name or personalised choice option and the order goes through?
Please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au straight away. Please provide us with the order number and your name and let us know what you would like fixed!
