SHIPPING

All shipping methods and prices are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. Please note, these times are to be used as a guide only and may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the odd event that your order does not arrive in the anticipated time frame, please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

PACKING ORDERS

Due to the custom nature of the business, we require 2-6 business days to create, pack and dispatch your order. This is to ensure you receive your order just as you imagined!

You will also receive a confirmation email and a tracking notification email once your order has been dispatched. Please use this tracking number to track your order.

To make sure your loved one receives their Christmas present in time, please see order cut-off dates below:

Melbourne Metro - 17th December 2023

Interstate Metro/Regional Vic - 13th December 2023

WA/Far North Qld and Remote areas - 5th December 2023
