How long does it take to ship my order?
We allow up to 2-7 business days for personalisation before an order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with an online tracking number.
I've made a mistake with my order! What do I do?
Please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au and provide us with the order number, your name and the correct spelling or choice from your error.
Shipping & Returns
Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
No, unfortunately our shipping partners cannot ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers.
Do you have specific day delivery?
We are currently not providing options for date specific delivery. However, you can follow our standard shipping time frame as a guide to work out when will be best to order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately no, we only ship within Australia.
Can you deliver multiple boxes to different addresses?
We can, however each box will have to be purchased separately, as shipping will need to be calculated separately. Please get in touch with us if you require 3 or more boxes delivered to different addresses.
I have issues with my order/my order hasn't arrived?
Please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au and we will investigate this for you.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of personalisation, all of our products are non-refundable. If your items are faulty/damaged, please email us at hello@giftsanddesignco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and we will organise a replacement.

How do I care best for your personalised bridal robes?
Do not iron over personalised lettering. Cold hand wash only. Care cards are provided in every robe order.
